Store the tzatziki sauce in the fridge and always serve cold. To assemble the lamb kebab you can either use wooden or metal skewers. If using wooden skewers, cut them to fit your griddle pan and soak them in water. Comes with pita brea and Rice or Frice.

  8. Cook the lamb skewers directly on the pre heated Bbq (medium heat). Cook them for 3/4 minutes from each side.
  9. Place the cherry tomatoes parcel directly on the bbq and cook for about 4 minutes.
  10. Grill the courgettes and pepper directly on the Bbq for 2 minutes from both sides.
  11. Toast the pitta bread on the bbq from both sides
  12. In a mixing bowl add in grilled vegetables and lettuce. Mix it all together.
  13. Plate it up
