  1. Wash & pat dry all veggies. Chopped amaranth leaves, dill leaves. Tear lettuce leaves with hand to small pieces Peel and chopped cucumber, orange. Chopped yellow bell pepper.
  2. In mixing bowl add whisk curd,red chilli flakes,honey salt & pepper. Mix well.
  3. In another mixing bowl add chopped leafy greens, cucumber and yellow bell pepper. Mix well. Add orange pieces.
  4. Pour curd dressing. Toss well. Chill in refrigerator.
  5. Serve/ Relish Delicious Chilled Leafy Salad.
