The ingredients needed to make Spring Rolls:
  1. Prepare 1 cup all purpose flour
  2. Prepare Water
  3. Take Pinch salt
  4. Make ready 2 tbsp oil
  5. Get Minced meat…about 1/2/kg
  6. Get Onion, garlic,salt,and pepper
  7. Make ready Oil for deep frying
Instructions to make Spring Rolls:
  1. Make your dough by mixing flour and salt…add water in bits till the dough comes together… Oil your bowl and let the dough rest as you cook your meat
  2. In a pan,brown your minced meat add onions,garlic,salt,and any other spice you want….let it cook till ready
  3. Pinch out your dough to golf ball sizes….roll them out, apply a little oil in between the layers….roll the layers out to get a paper-thin layer
  4. Place your layers in a hot pan and gently peel out the layers…be very gentle
  5. I used a ruler to get the perfect square shape
  6. Take one sheet and place your meat in the middle
  7. Apply some water on the edges of the sheet… Start by folding in both ends and roll your sheet downwards
  8. Then this

  10. Deep fry them
