  2. Prepare 1 pack mix stir fried vegetables
  3. Take 2-3 spring onions (finely sliced)

  7. Prepare 1 tbsp fish sauce
  8. Take 1 tsp soysauce
  9. Prepare 1 tsp oyster sauce

  12. Prepare 1 cup vegetable cooking oil

  1. Put some hot water into glass noodles and let it soaked for 10min, drained water off and cut the noodles up a little.
  2. On a medium heat pan, add 2 tbsp veg cooking oil, add crust garlic, stir well and add mixed vegetables and glass noodles in. Add soysauce, fishsauce, sugar and oyster sauce stir well. Mix well and add beaten egg in then you can mix them all together and add some spring onion. Seasoning with ground pepper. Turn heat off and leave it aside.
  3. Take your springroll sheets out and separate in out, press about 1 tbsp of spring roll stuffing on 1/3 of the spring roll sheet, roll the sheet up start from the nearest side to you. Then fold both side up.
  4. Roll your spring roll up and secure the end bit with water. Keep doing it until you finish the filling
  5. Fry them on medium high heat wok or pan use about 1 cup of vegetable oil for 5-6 min each side. Serve it with sweet and chilli sauce.
