  1. Prepare Chicken boneless 1kg (boiled and shredded)
  2. Get 2 tbsp Crushed black pepper
  3. Prepare 1 tbsp Crushed red chilli flakes

  5. Make ready 3 tbsp Soya sauce
  6. Make ready 3 tbsp Chilli sauce

  10. Make ready Spring onion 1 cup finely chopped
  11. Get carrot 1/2cup finely chopped
  12. Take 4 Boil eggs
  13. Prepare Roll strips as required
  14. Prepare 2 tbsp Oil
  15. Take Oil for frying
Instructions to make Spring Roll:
  1. First of all put oil in a wok.
  2. In a pan add oil and saute all vegetables, saute for two minutes. - Add shredded chicken and all mentioned spices and sauces.
  3. Cook for five minutes on high flame.Turn off the flame.Add boiled chopped egg. - Let it cool.
  4. Put cold cooked mixture on roll patti and make rolls. - Deep fry until they turn golden brown in colour. - Serve hot with chutney and ketchup. - Enjoy 😊
