  3. Using your hands, roll mixture in to 1-inch balls. Make a little hole fill it with cheese in the middle and roll them again.
  4. In three separate bowls, Add seasoned flour, eggs and panko breadcrumb.
  5. Place potato and cheese balls in to the flour then dip in to the egg mixture and toss in the panko breadcrumb until completely covered.
  6. Place some oil over the heat to fry these balls. Fry them bit by bit slowly.
  7. Once fried, take them out of the oil. Place them in the serving dish.
  8. Serve with sour cream and spicy mayo.
