- *Herbs & Spices: Black Pepper Corns, Chilli, Capers, Olives, Bay Leaves, Lemon Zest, Basil, Oregano, Thyme, Rosemary, Tarragon, Dill, etc.
Before you marinade, press your tofu according to this pressing guideline. Tofu is an excellent source of protein, and it can be incorporated into a myriad of different recipes from enchiladas and un-meat loaves, to breakfast hash and lunch wraps.
