  1. Take a pan add dal and add coriander powder turmeric powder and salt red chilli powder ginger garlic paste and cook well and after cool grind in mixer take a pan add oil add cumin seeds and red Kashmiri red chilli and bhaghar in dal

Take a pan add oil add cumin seeds and curry leaves green chilli stir add Kashmiri red chilli powder and salt and boil potato pieces and stir well add add coriander leaves and keep in said - take a atta and add a salt make a fine dough and fry it pory and make a chapati and keep aside fry paper/ take a jar add 5 tbsp curd and add coriander leaves black salt cumin seeds powder and add some ice and grind 2 mints and keep in freezer
