  12. Take 2 sachets golden morn (grinded)
  13. Take 2 large eggs(whisked)
Steps to make Sweet potato Croquettes:
  1. Peel the potatoes and wash. Pour water in a pot add 1/2 tsp salt, add in potatoes and bring to a boil. Simmer for 15-20mins.
  2. Strain and mashe your hot potatoes using a fork it's so easy and enjoyable 😂😂.
  3. Then add in your peppers, onga, little salt, stock cube, curry powder, onions and mix well
  5. Then add in your butter and egg mix thoroughly and shape in balls. If you're adding cheese then you cut your cheese into cubed shape and cover with the potato the cheese should be at center please coat it well😉 and shape. Repeat process until you're done
  7. And lastly coat with whisked eggs then into your crushed golden morn and deep fry each side for a minute or less than that
