  16. Prepare 2 tbsp each cucumber and tomato
  17. Make ready 2 tbsp each bondi,black salt,jeera powder,salt, chaat masala
  18. Prepare as required Salad cucumber sliced, tomato sliced & lemon slice
Instructions to make Dum Biryani:
  1. Take a pan put rice,salt & oil prepare 90perctent cook, Take other pan put oil & ghee add cabbage make little brown add all ingredients, salt, chilli powder, turmeric powder, pinch colour, tomato pieces, fry paneer add cook rice keep it 10 minutes.ganish with mint leaves.
  2. Ladyfinger & potato deep fry add all ingredients.
  3. Wheat halwa, Take a pan add ghee put wheat flour make brown add all ingredients. Raita Take a bowl curd add all ingredients. Serve with salad.
