- Once tawa is hot and oil is done put eggplant rings on same and fry it one side for some time on medium flame.
- Once done flip the side and cook another 5min till it becomes brown. Reduce the flame to low and cook it for some time. Rice flour will help turn it crispy and nice.
- Once done take in a seperate plate. Pour lil chaat masal and enjoy with rice,roti or Luchi.
