  6. Once done add bunch of potato threads and deep fry it till golden brown. Once done take the potatoes out and drain excess oil.
  7. After 2 min again fry same potato in oil.on low flame for 1 min,this will make threads crispy and crunchy.
  8. Hurrey aloo bhaja is ready.. serve in a plate. Sprinkle lil chaat masala and salt and enjoy!!
