  7. Make ready 1 tablespoon cooking oil for chocolate melt
  8. Take Pinch Salt and pinches instant coffee pwdr opshn to add in choc

  1. Put thick cream and condensed milk and whisk.while mixing in frequently to get even consistancy and right timing for perfect whiped cream
  2. Then use a 2 to 3 cm deep,and medium length long baking dish that wud fit in your freezer (if not using moulds)Then layer with parchment paper to slightly have higher sides to manage to lift off from dish.
  3. Freeze it about 3 or more hours.meanwhile prep the nuts and chocolate for use later. Take the frozen cream mixture out,until just able to slice thru (but not soft to melt)
  4. Then make the cutting (here did half of the dish,as it was melting fast as not frozen well and was hard to handle as was coming out of stick and making a job for coating melted chocolate!).overall managed to do 3 neatish ones or at least decent ones…add oil in da choc thenmelt the chocolate preferable in long wide enof cup.mix in white and dark. Also can crush or blend nuts.
  5. For this recipe you can make approx 6 medium sized ones,depending on how you cut the rectangles or squares.then once cut,you can place the stick.on each of them try not to handle with warm hand by e.g. gloves or placing on an other surface.whatever works well for you…..
  6. Apply the chocolate over the popsicle to gave neat surface as much as possible.here used spooning over until cover all of it
  7. Then roll or sprinkle over with lots of nut for healthy crunchy taste.serve before melts away!.lovely in warmer days or as an Eid treat with children and family…enjoy
