The ingredients needed to make Protein Powder:
  1. Take 1/4 cup milk powder
  2. Get Dry roast ingredients
  3. Prepare 1/4 cup each Almonds,Cashew, Pistachios, Oats, Peanuts,
  4. Take 2-3 tsp Seasame seeds,
  5. Get 4 tsp flax seeds
Instructions to make Protein Powder:
  1. Dry roast each ingredient separately and slightly.
  2. When cool pulse grind into powder.(Grind for 3 seconds stop. Again grind for 3 seconds stop. Go on grinding this way until it turns into powder.)This way ingredients will not release oil.
  3. Add milk powder for more taste.
  4. U can use this powder in various dishes.Like Warm milk, Milkshake, Sprinkle on Salads Etc.
  5. And make protein ladoos and protein bars with it.
