- Now heat a kadahi add oil add onion fry it for 10 minutes add ginger green chilly fry it now add tomatoes add salt kashmiri chilly garam masala saute it add carrots,maggi taste maker or whatever veggies you prefer saute it mix it well fry it well keep veggies crunchy not overcooked
- Now add taste maker fry it well for a minute add little water I take 2 packet maggi here so I add 1/4 cup water or as require but not too much water
- Now add maggi in a kadahi mix it well fry it well and you are done switch off D flame add butter for a great taste maggi and butter combination goes well
