To prepare the dipping sauce, add chopped cilantro, grated ginger, garlic, soy sauce, water, brown sugar, and sesame oil to a small bowl. Set aside while you prepare and sear the tuna!   4. Cover the tuna steaks in sesame. Remaining marinade use to cover the babycorn. After 10 minutes use the marinade to cover green beans
  5. On the preheated Bbq place the butternut squash and keep basting them with the soy marinade. Cook them until soft inside. It should take max 10 min.
  6. Place the tuna steaks on very hot grill and cook it from bith sides for about 3 minutes. Start cooking the other veggies at the same time or grill them earlierand keep them warm
  7. Plate it up and drizzle with the sauce.

Place the sesame seeds on a plate or a shallow dish. Remove the tuna steaks from the marinade bag, brushing the scallions off the steaks and reserving the marinade. One at a time, coat the steaks in sesame seeds on all sides, pressing the seeds into the steak so they'll stick. Combine the white and black sesame seeds on a plate and spread in a thin layer. Whisk the sesame oil and soy sauce together in a small bowl.
