  12. Get 1/2 cup veg oil or olive oil

  14. When the veg has roasted, take out and pour all the chorizo and onions (You may have to warm the chorizo and onions first) all over the veg along with the juice off the chorizo and onions. Heat up for 5 mins
  15. When the veg comes out the oven, pour the chorizo and juice all over the veg.

Add in the chorizo, the potatoes and the onions in (you may need two tins, if yours are not big enough to hold everything in a single layer). Tossed it in with the sweet potatoes, and a little under a cup of water to cook. Add the chorizo and potatoes to the pan and arrange the meat and veg in a single layer. I tried to keep all the potatoes skin side down to aid in browning. Cook for at least an hour.
