  1. Add all dry ingredients to sifted flour in a bowl and mix
  2. Add butter and incorporate into the flour
  3. Add water gradually and mix till a soft dough is formed
  4. Allow dough to rest for 10min
  5. Transfer dough to work surface and knead for 1-2min. Divide the dough into 4 or 5. Flatten each ball
  6. Place the boiled egg in the center
  7. Wrap the egg and pinch the edges to combine. Gently roll again in between your palms to form a smooth round ball
  8. Do the same with the remaining egg and deep fry in hot oil over medium heat until golden brown
  9. Enjoy!
