Steps to make Vegetable Lasagne:
  1. For cheese sauce - Heat 1tbsp butter in a pan add all-purpose flour and sauté it for 2 minutes and add milk.
  2. Let it cook for 5 minutes on low flame now add garlic powder, chili flakes and oregano, salt and mix well. Add cheese slices and let it cook for another 2 minutes.
  3. Ingredients required for lasagne
  4. Heat a pan add water and boil lasagne sheets in a pan. Boil sweet corns too and keep them aside.
  5. Heat a pan add 1tbsp oil. First cook onions till translucent. Now add finely chopped red, yellow and green capsicum and cook for 2 minutes. Also add purple cabbage and cook for another 2 minutes.
  6. Now add boiled corns, chilli flakes, oregano and garlic powder, salt. Mix well and cook for 2 minutes covering it with lid.
  7. Transfer the prepared lasagne filling in a bowl. In the same pan apply 2 tbsp melted butter. Now evenly spread cheese sauce. Now add a layer of 3 lasagne sheets and cover the top with cheese sauce.
  8. Layer the top with vegetable filling evenly. Add grated cheese or mozzarella cheese and also olives and jalapeño.
  9. Repeat the process two times using remaining 6 lasagne sheets.
  10. Now cover the pan with lid and cook(bake) for 25 minutes on low flame. Our no oven bake vegetable lasagne is ready to serve hot.
