Steps to make Vegetable Lasagne:
- For cheese sauce - Heat 1tbsp butter in a pan add all-purpose flour and sauté it for 2 minutes and add milk.
- Let it cook for 5 minutes on low flame now add garlic powder, chili flakes and oregano, salt and mix well. Add cheese slices and let it cook for another 2 minutes.
- Ingredients required for lasagne
- Heat a pan add water and boil lasagne sheets in a pan. Boil sweet corns too and keep them aside.
- Heat a pan add 1tbsp oil. First cook onions till translucent. Now add finely chopped red, yellow and green capsicum and cook for 2 minutes. Also add purple cabbage and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Now add boiled corns, chilli flakes, oregano and garlic powder, salt. Mix well and cook for 2 minutes covering it with lid.
- Transfer the prepared lasagne filling in a bowl. In the same pan apply 2 tbsp melted butter. Now evenly spread cheese sauce. Now add a layer of 3 lasagne sheets and cover the top with cheese sauce.
- Layer the top with vegetable filling evenly. Add grated cheese or mozzarella cheese and also olives and jalapeño.
- Repeat the process two times using remaining 6 lasagne sheets.
- Now cover the pan with lid and cook(bake) for 25 minutes on low flame. Our no oven bake vegetable lasagne is ready to serve hot.
