  1. Pick some onions,fry till golden brown,Add in your meat,cook under low heat for about 5min,add in chopped (tomatoes, Hoho,Carrot,),cook under low heat till ready…salt to taste
  2. Pick baking tray,smear butter,arrange potatoes well
  3. Put well chopped Hoho,onions,a few grated carrots, pour spices on top and little oil.Pre heat your oven at 150 d,put the tray and bake for 30min.
  4. Once ready,pour your beef on the potatoes tray and mix gently till you achieve……then garnish with dhania
