  5. Line the baking tray with parchment paper and put in the oven for around 45 minutes on gas mark 4. Do the pick test to see if it's ready
  6. For the icing sugar weigh out the margarine and add the coffee
  7. Mix in the icing sugar bit by bit. Ice and decorate as you like
