Steps to make Pizza:
- To make a pizza dooh, mix the yeast in warm milk and water and knead softy with the flour.
- Cover the mixture with a clean kitchen cloth and put in a warm place to allow the dooh to relax and prove and double in size
- To make the base brown the crushed garlic-ginger
- Add the finely chopped onions to brown to a golden colour then add the finely chopped capsicums and carrots to fry
- Add the chopped tomatoes to cook until full mashed
- Add the tomato paste and the herbs (thyme, oregano, basil and rosemary) then add water or vegetable stock. Allow to simmer gently for 20 mins
- Now spread your dough into a nice smooth and fork it with a fork
- Spread your base smoothly on the dough
- Add the cheddar cheese on top and take it to a preheated oven and bake for 15 mins at 180°c
- Have your toppings ready and mozzarella cheese grated
- Place your toppings and distribute them evenly on your base
- Add tomatoes slices on top
- Add grated monzella cheese
- Take back to oven and bake for another 15mins until all the cheese has melted
