- Take 1/2 kg fresh green garlic
- Take 6 bahra roti

- Chop the greens & white of lasun separately & very fine. - In a pan heat ghee. Add chopped whites & cook till they are soft & start changing colour.
- Make bajra roti's blend them coarsely you can do in a blender or use hands. Do it while the roti is warm.
- Add this roti, butter, salt & chopped greens of garlic to the whites. Mix all well cook for sometime & serve with baingan bartha in curd. - (Use lots a ghee & butter so it's moist)
- Bartha In Curd - Roast the eggplant. Remove the skin & using a fork mash it. - In a mixer add curd, green chillies & coriander leaves. Blend it. - Now add bartha & salt & blend all together & serve with lasun
