- Add garam masala powder and salt
- Add cubed zucchini, stir for a couple of minutes
- Add soya mince, mix well
- Add 1/2 cup water, cook with lid on for 5 minutes.
- Adjust the seasoning, add lemon juice and coriander leaves. Serve with roti or jeera rice
