  14. Make ready 3 Green Chillies finely chopped
  15. Get 1 small bunch Coriander Leaves finely chopped

Here, in this recipe, we are using both Semiya and Rava and making this delicious Vermicelli Sooji Bhath They call it as Noodles upma. I always add mixed vegetables to upma to make it more healthier and tastier. Semiya Upma also known as vermicelli upma is a quick and easy to prepare tasty breakfast with veggies included it makes a wholesome.

Instructions to make Seviyan and Mixed Vegetable Upma:
  1. Heat oil in a cooking pot. Add mustard seeds and curry leaves. After they stop spluttering, add dry red chillies. Also add garlic mince to it. Saute all that for a minute.
  2. Add green chillies or red chilli flakes now. Add the finely chopped veggies now. Saute them on a medium high heat and do not cook much. Cover and cook for 6 to 7 minutes only until the raw smell disappears. Add water to it accordingly. Do not add more. Bring it to a rolling boil. Now add Vermicelli. Stir in with a wooden spoon and be gentle.
  3. Simmer for about 5-8 minutes. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves. That's it. It's done. Serve it piping hot to your loved ones with any chutney of your choice or as it is.
