  1. First of all, break all the Eggs in a bowl. Add the rest of the ingredients to it. Whisk everything well. Keep aside. Knead some Paratha dough as per your requirements or can use the dough that's in the refrigerator as in every Indian household. Roll a medium sized Paratha first. Place it on a tawa.
  2. The heat should be on a low. Pour a ladleful of the Egg mix on it. Spread evenly with a spatula. Cover with a lid and allow it to cook for about 2 minutes. Flip it over and cook on the other side too.
  3. That's it. As simple as that. Repeat the same for all the Parathas. Relish them with Curd and Pickle or just as they are. Absolutely yummy and gets done very quickly too. Enjoy!
