The ingredients needed to make Peanut butter ice cream:
  1. Get 250 ml fresh cream
  2. Take 200 ml condensed milk
  3. Prepare 1 tsp vanilla essence
  4. Make ready 1/2 cup peanut butter
  5. Get 1/4 cup chocolate pieces
  6. Get As per taste Hersheys syrup

Basically, this is a peanut butter lover's dream. It's like eating big spoonfuls of smooth, creamy, cold peanut butter. Strain through a fine-mesh sieve into a bowl. Whisk in peanut butter and vanilla extract.

Instructions to make Peanut butter ice cream:
  1. Pour the fresh cream into a bowl and mix it well with a hand mixer to get stiff peak.
  2. Then add condensed milk, peanut butter and vanilla essence and mix it in low speed till it's combined.
  3. Now add the chocolate pieces and fold it in. Pour it in to a freezer safe box. Drizzle some chocolate syrup and give it a swirl. Freeze for 8 hours.
  4. After 8 hours, you can scoop it and serve it.

Churn in an ice cream machine according to manufacturer's instructions. Serve directly from the machine for soft serve, or store in freezer until needed. Once the custard base is ready, we add the flavor that we want to our ice cream, which in this case is peanut butter. I also like to add salt for more saltiness, but it's optional. You can use less peanut butter if you want for a lighter flavor, or a bit more for a stronger flavor, although the latter will make the ice cream.
