  3. In another mixing bowl add maida,corn flour and salt. Add water to make slurry. Coat each prepare beetroot lollipop with slurry as shown.
  4. Coat each with bread crumbs as shown. Prepared all similarly.
  5. Heat oil for frying. Take tea strainer on it place one prepare beetroot lollipop. Hold it with your left hand over hot oil pan. With right hand take laddleful of hot oil from frying pan and pour on beetroot lollipop.repeat this process…10-12 times,in between rotating beetroot lollipop..to make it crispy golden from all sides… taking care to pour hot oil only on beetroot lollipop,not on ice cream stick. This process is to avoid greasiness of ice cream stick. Similarly prepare all.
