Dil Khush has a finely minced 'dough' as filling, the main ingredient being grated dry coconut. Dil Pasand has 'tutti frutti' (diced dried / dry preserved fruits) and grated dry coconut, spiced with green. Instructions to make Dil khush:
  1. Take a pan and put the stove on slow flame and add ghee.
  2. Now add sooji(rava). Now roast it for 5 to 6 minute untill it turns light pink.
  3. Add coconut and roast it on slow flame for 2 to 3 minutes.
  4. Now add sugar and mix it well.
  5. Add milk and yhe flavoured syrup.
  6. Mix it well untill it leaves the pan.
  7. Now make small balls of it before it cools down.
  8. Npw garnish it with the decoration you want.
  9. And the delicious and tasty dil khush is ready.
  10. NOTE:- you can also serve as prasad in pooja and can also be eaten as sweet. It can be eaten by 5 or more persons.
