Steps to make Moong Roll Chaat:
  1. Keep Moong Dal in Warm water for 2 hours
  2. After 2 hours crush Moong Dal and make a paste
  3. Now take a pan add 2 tsp of oil, Mustard seed to it and then add finely chopped green chilli and ginger to it
  4. Now add paste of Moong Dal and then Salt and little sugar and lemon juice
  5. Our filling is ready.
  6. Now take 2 cup maida add one tsp of oil and pinch of salt and Jeera to it
  7. Make a dough of maida
  8. Now make a roti of maida dough and spread the Moong dal mixture on it and make a roll of the roti.
  9. Now put the roll in the steamer for about 5 mins
  10. After the roll get steamed now cut the roll into equal small pieces
  11. Now fry the roll pieces till it get light brown and crispy.
