- Soak the Rajma and Urad Dal for 6 hours.Then clean with water and put 4 to 5 whistles in the cooker by adding lentils and salt.
- Prepare onion garlic, ginger and tomato paste
- Heat a pan, add butter, add cumin seeds, add onion paste and ginger garlic paste, tometo paste and cook until golden.
- Stir all the spices and add boiled lentils.
- Cover with a plate and cook for five to 7 minutes, then turn off the gas and add curd and mix it.
- Garnish with green coriander and serve for eating
