  5. Make ready 1 tblspn chana dal, urad dal
  6. Make ready 1/2 cumin, sugar, salt, turmarind

  4. Powder the dal & redchilli. Add gourd, tomato, turmaind, salt, 1/2 spn sugar & garlic blend to smooth paste.
  5. "In a pan add 1 tblspn oil add red chilli, cumin, curry leaves, hing. Pour this to chutney… (optional)"
