  1. First mix all ingredients for grill. Skew the vegetables and paneer using a bamboo skewer
  2. Let is marinate for 30 minutes then grill it
  3. For stuffed (white sauce)capsicum : Add 1 tbsp butter to heated pan
  4. Add 1 tbsp refined flour and roast it a bit. Then add 1 cup milk, 1/4 cup grated cheese, salt to taste, 1/4 black pepper
  5. Make a thick sauce. Then add 1 cup corn and mix well
  6. Cut a bell pepper equally from the center (like cups) then stuffed the bell peppers with white sauce and grill it.
  7. For herb rice: Add 3 tbsp butter in a heated pan. Then add 1 tsp mix herbs. Add 1/4 cup coriander- parsley mixed. Add 1/4 tsp black pepper. Put 2 cups cooked basmati rice and mix well.
  8. For sautéed vegetables: Add 1 tsp butter in heated pan. Add 1 tsp chopped garlic. Add carrots, broccoli & bell pepper. Add black pepper, mix herbs, sugar & red chilli flakes and salt. Sauté well and then add 1 tsp lemon juice.
  9. For red makhani gravy: Add butter in heated pan. Add ginger garlic paste and green chilli and sauté them. Add 2 cup tomato purée and cashew powder and sauté it. Add red chilli powder, sugar, garam masala, kasthuri methi and salt to it and mix well. Let it cook then add 2 tsp cream to it. Sprinkle some coriander and let it cook for 2 minutes.
  10. For sizzler: Set a sizzler plate on heat. Place cabbage leaves to fill the plate. Add a bowl of herb rice in the centre. Add the sautéed vegetables to one side. On the other side place 1 stuffed capsicum and some potato wedges. On the top of the rice place the paneer shashlik and pour the red makhani gravy all over.
