  1. In a bowl mix the yeast,sugar and lukewarm water together and keep it to rest until the yeast active.
  2. Now in a large bowl add refined flour, salt, oil and yeast mixture and mix it well. Now add water as needed and knead into a soft dough. Cover it and keep it in a warm place until double in size.
  3. In a pan heat olive oil and add garlic and onion saute then add capsicum saute till soft then add tomatoes, cottage cheese turmeric powder,salt and mix herbs, Italian seasoning and tomato ketchup and mix well.
  4. Now divide the dough into medium size balls and roll out into circles.
  5. Spoon in some of the mixture on one half of the circle. Sprinkle some cheese on top.
  6. Fold the other end over the stuffing to make a half moon shape and press the edges to seal. Press the edges with a fork prongs to make a design. Brush the calzone with olive oil.
  7. Bake in a preheated oven at 200c for 10-15 minutes until golden brown. Serve hot with ketchup.
