  1. Wash clean cauliflower - peppers . Cut cauliflower up & slice peppers in half.
  2. Mix vinegar-water-sugar-salt-turmeric in a medium pot . Bring to a boil.
  3. Pack cauliflower- peppers in clean canning jars. I put 3 peppers in each jar.Pour Hot vinegar over them.
  4. Heat your canning lids as directed on box. Put on jars with your rings . Process for 30 minutes.( cold pack ). Make sure your jars seal. Or you will either put on a new lid. Or store in frige. And eat. Let them sit for a while so the heat from the peppers works through.
