  1. Start by cutting chicken cubed and onions small
  2. Put oil in fry pan and heat, then add chicken and onions and cook until chicken has turned white
  3. Add all the spices and stir in as you add them, garlic, curry powder, turmeric, paprika, salt and pepper stir it all in then add the chicken stock stirring.
  4. Bring it to the boil then add apple sauce, dash of lemon juice, and mango chutney turn down and simmer for 15 mins.
  5. Add frozen peas, sweetcorn, can of Potatoes and can of tomatoes stirring it all in until mixed together. Let it simmer for 10 mins then serve.
