- Now take A small pan heat the ghee in it and once it fumes add the grated jaggery on low flame and keep stirring for 1 minute the jaggery should melt completely and mix with ghee.
- Now pour this on the broken rotis. And as soon as possible start making churma or mixing the roti and jaggery with your fingers. It's going to be very hot. But if the jaggery mix cools down churma cannot be prepared. You have to press the rotis with fingers and keep mixing. Serve hot immediately with some papad or simply enjoy the healthy breakfast.
