  7. Served onto warmed plates, adding an optional fried egg on top if wished and garnish with the chopped parsley.

Once the onions are completely soft and translucent, add in the pulled pork and heat over low until ready to serve. Assembly: fill a bowl with a few scoops of sweet potatoes and top with pulled pork.
