  2. Add milk to pan. Bring gently to the boil, cover and simmer on lowest heat for 2 hours turning every now and again. After 2 hours, remove meat and keep warm
  3. Using a hand blender, whizz up the sauce and reduce on high for about 5 mins while meat is resting. Slice meat and serve with sauce on top with any veg you like :)

In a skillet, brown pork in butter. Sprinkle with salt and pepper; set aside. Remove the stems from the shiitake mushrooms and slice the caps into thin strips. In a saucepan, bring the broth, garlic and shiitake stems to a boil. Season the pork with salt and pepper.
