  5. Put your boiled wheat and the grated coconut in a non stick wok/pan/sufuria at low heat…since it's sauteing that's going to take place,but no oil in our case….though I used a stainless steel sufuria,I still recommend the latter one…
  6. Mix them together thoroughly
  7. Mix your sugar and cardamon at this point and add to the wheat mixture..keep your heat low still..mix everything..
  8. Now you can add your coconut milk,to give it the sticky wet feel..we don't want it all dry and it's already dry foods…so add your coconut milk or like 3/4 cup of water..just be sure not to let it be runny…wudnt be no good.
  9. I used Kentaste coconut milk..can find it at the supermarket for 155kshs
  10. Leave it on low heat for like 3-5min so all the tastes infuse together…and your ready for serving
  11. And Voila!!can be accompanied by milk tea which you can add cardamon/black pepper/ginger..for the tea…we going all out people…..or Tamarind juice.
