  6. Once sauted and soft, add remainder of water and then stir in 1 tbsp of flour and mix until slightly thick and then add kitchen bouquet and mix until desired color
  7. Add meat back into mixture and cover continue to cook on low heat until meat is tender. (Note you can also transfer to dutch oven or pan and bake which I think is easiest)
  8. Add more seasoning to taste if needed and voila!
  9. Serve over white rice and enjoy with a side vegetable like green beans!

Essentially the pork chops are "smothered" in their own juices and a well seasoned sauce. After the pork chops were browned I removed them from the pan and sautéed the onion and mushroom with some fresh garlic. When the onion was tender I added some red wine (pinot noir) to de-glaze the pan then put the chops back in and added the soup mixed with a bit of milk. Coat a large skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium-high heat.
