- Take 1 tbsp salt

Instructions to make Punjabi Chole bhature:
- Soak chickpeas for 6 hours in warm water. Take bay leaf, cinnamon, long, 1 tbsp cumin seeds, dry red chilli and tea and put in one cloth.
- Pack it and put it in a pressure cooker with chickpeas add water and soda, salt. Close cooker and take 5 whistle.
- Now take ruffly chopped tomatoes, onions, green chilli and capsicum and make a gravy in mixture.
- Now heat oil in a pan add cumin seeds and add chopped onions and saute golden brown then ginger garlic paste.
- Now add gravy and add chole masala, garam masala and red chilli powder Cook for 2 min. Now add lemon juice and salt. Then add fresh coriander. Mix well cook for a few minutes.
- Then add mashed potatoes and mix well now add boiled chickpeas. Add mix well. Cook for 5 min.
- Our chole is ready.
- Now take a bowl and add maida and add salt, oil and as needed water and make dough. (like puri).
- Now make roll and weave puri.
- Heat oil in a pan and put bhature for fry.
- Chole bhature is ready to serve.
