  2. Now we will transfer this base in a bowl.Now add 1-1.5 liter chilled water in it and mix it well. Now add black salt, white salt and red chilli powder as per your taste. Now add roasted cumin powder, asafoetida and mix it well. Now add readymade pani puri masala and jal jeera.
  3. For some sourness I used lemon juice. Now add boondi and mix it well. Leave it aside after mixing it for 10 mins. So that each and every ingredients are well infused in the water. Now pani is ready to use.
