Scrape the sides in between and grind till it forms into a fine paste. Add water in between whenever needed. Once done, remove the peanut chutney in a bowl. Super easy and delicious Peanut or Groundnut Chutney.
Steps to make Peanut Chutney:
- Let’s take some oil in a frypan, put the cumin seeds once the oil is hot and then add a pinch of asafoetida & curry leaves, ginger and garlic. Sauté for a while.
- Now add the peanuts and roast them patiently until their colour change a bit. As they are getting roasted, you will see and listen the sound of peanut crackles. Roast the peanuts for 5 mins. Now take out all from the pan and let it be cool.
- Once the peanuts are ready with cold and let’s put them in a grinder, add fresh crushed coconut, add temrinnd, add green chilli, add some water and add salt as per your test. grind them well and take out in a bowl.
- Now we will add the tempering on it. Let’s take the oil in a hot pan, add red dry red chilli, mustard seeds and sauté for a while. Now add this Tadka in the grinded chutney.
- Now the peanut Chutney is done and ready to serve. Enjoy the taste of peanuts.
