Mutanjan recipe by Shireen Anwar - It is a traditional Pakistani sweet dish from the Kashmiri cuisine. It is a non vegetarian dish with a perfect blend of Sela rice, meat, sugar, and lots of nuts. Other ingredients that give it a perfect taste are Ghee, Khoya, Ashrafi, green cardamom, cloves, colored cham cham, and green/red/yellow color drops. Stir continuously and MAKE SURE you add the water BEFORE you add the sugar. If you are unsure about when you should add the rice, it is always best to add it before sooner rather than later.
