- Add the first cup of tea you set aside, sugar and mint. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Pour the tea into a cup and pour it back into the pot, do this three times.
- To pour it the traditional way, pour it from a height to create a slight foam, garnish with mint leaves and it is ready to drink!
