- Soak Chaana Daal for 3 hours,wash and drain.
- Now add fry oinon, ginger, garlic paste in daal and add 4 glass water.
- Add dry ingredients except garam masala.
- Cook the medium flame for 40 to 45 minutes.
- Adjust the consistency of Daal like daleem.
- Add shredded chicken. Chicken is already cooked.
- Heat the oil in pan add zeera whole,green chilli and coriander leaves, and then pour over the prepared daal.
- Delicious Daal Chaana and Shredded Chicken is ready serve with roti or rice.
