Instructions to make Pav Bhaji:
  1. Add all the veggies in a cooker and boil till 3-4 whistles goes off.
  2. Add ingredients under section GRIND in a mixture grinder and grind it into a paste.
  3. Add butter to a big pan, add chopped onion and roast till it turns golden brown.
  4. Add the grinded paste to the pan and till it releases its oil.
  5. Add all the masala’s- salt, red chilli powder, pav bhaji masala to the pan and mix.
  6. Add the boiled vegetables to the pan and mix bhaji well.
  7. If necessary mash the vegetables in bhaji with the a smasher.
  8. Serve with roasted pav, onion, slice of lemon, green chillies and garnish the bhaji with chopped coriander leaves.
