- Thoroughly wash fresh green chickpeas.Cook Chickpeas in 4 cups of boiling water for 5-10 minutes till they become slightly soft or are half done.Add 1/2 tsp salt while boiling.Once they are slightly soft strain them using a strainer.Coarse grind the strained chickpeas with ginger,garlic and green Chillies.
- Grate the boiled potato.Now mix all the ingredients chickpeas,paneer,grated potatoes,spices and salt and give them the desired shape.Heat a heavy bottomed pan/tawa and place the kababs on it.Put little oil while kababs are getting cooked.
- Cook them on both the sides on medium flame till you get nice golden brown colour.Healthy and nutritious kababs are ready to serve.
