Steps to make Instant rava dhokla:
  1. Take 1 cup Rava. Add 1 cup curd in it. Add 1 cup of water. Add finely chopped green chilli, salt and oil. Mix everything well.
  2. Cover and Keep the batter for half an hour to rest.
  3. After half an hour add 1 tsp fruit salt(eno) and 2 tsp water. And mix gently. Now put some water on the stove for steaming the dhokla. Now Grease a plate with oil and pour the batter on plate and put in steamer for 12 mins.
  4. Now after the dhokla got steamed for 12 mins. Keep the flame off and keep it covered for some more minutes. Then take out the plate and pierce the knife if it comes out clean dhoklas are cooked perfectly.
  5. Now heat some oil for tempering. Add mustard seeds, sesame seeds and curry leaves. When they crackle turn off the flame and spread the tempering over the dhokla.
  6. Then cut it into pieces and serve it with green chutney.
